Pinterest is a Girl’s Best Friend

Pinterest is a Girl’s Best Friend

Pinterest, AKA, every girl’s best friend and the answer to all of our problems! How do I make s’mores cookie bars? Pinterest. What can I make for breakfast with the ingredients I already have? Pinterest. Where do I go to find cute, motivational, sassy quotes to make myself feel better? You know the answer…It’s Pinterest! I am amazed that after all of these years, Pinterest is still a popular app. I remember having apps similar to Pinterest, but I deleted them after a couple of months and I don’t think many people use those other apps anymore. I’d say that I am creative person and like to think outside the box and Pinterest is the perfect place for me to express my creative side and also get inspired. I already have my wedding planned, my best friend’s wedding planned, and my friend that is actually engaged, wedding planned. I also have a quote board, a bucket list board, a food board, anything… you name it! Pinterest has recently added sections where you can organize a big board of pins into more organized sections and it’s the best thing ever! It has been overwhelming yet fun trying to organize my pins into perfect little sections. So my question to you ladies out there or any guys that happen to use Pinterest is, do you think that Pinterest will continue to be popular? Do you think they will stay popular if they continue adding features like they did with Sections and Explore?

In my opinion, Pinterest will continue to be popular. It’s not only they are trying their best to update new features, but also their huge picture database that has been categorized into different keywords. It may not be the app that people spend all of their time on it, but it’s definitely an app everything have on their phone or laptop, and whenever they need, they think of Pinterest.

I love Pinterest. Like you said I go there for recipes, inspirational quotes, really anything I need at that moment in time. Many others go there for the same reasons. In my opinion, that coupled with the amount of content, will contribute to its success for years to come.

Pinterest has continued to grow with it’s audience. I remember being frustrated in the early days of Pinterest because I found items I LOVED but had no idea where to buy them, or if I found the item it was discontinued from several months back. Now the ‘buyable’ pins have attacked this frustration and have allowed pinterest to grow. I also believe Pinterest has done a wonderful job of making sure the consumer doesn’t feel like they’re being marketed to through pop-up ads or obnoxious sponsored posts.
